Preheater with Magnetic Stand

Custom-designed preheater assembly for controlled joint preheating before thermite pouring. The integrated magnetic bracket holds the preheater securely in position, freeing the operator’s hands for other tasks. Comes complete with standard oxygen and LPG hose connections.

Crucible Lid

Safety cover for shielding against spark splatter and radiant heat during the thermite flux reaction. Creates a protective barrier over the crucible opening while allowing reaction gases to vent safely. An essential safety component for every welding operation.

C-Clamp (Sand Mold Fixture)

Welding Sand Box Frame

Slag Pan

Rail Aligner

Crucible Holder

What is the recommended spare parts strategy for these tools?

We recommend keeping spare preheater nozzle tips, C-clamp springs, and gas hose connectors on site. These are the components most subject to wear in daily use. All spare parts are available separately from Forgesail.
