- Hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461
- MTC EN 10204 3.1, heat-number traceable
Fishplates & Joint BarsRail section matching, drilling and export packing
A fishplate joins two rail ends and carries the bending load across the gap. We match standard, insulated and compromise joint bars to the rail web, bolt pitch and project drawing, with bolts, nuts and washers supplied as one joint set when required.

Fishplate & Joint Bar
Railway & crane rail jointsThe plate has to match the rail web, rail height and the holes already drilled in the rail. We supply standard railway fishplates, crane rail joint bars, insulated plates for track circuits and compromise plates that join two different rail sections. Production follows the drawing or the existing joint sample, so the bolt holes line up without rework on site.
- Rail sectionsDIN 536 A-series, GB/T 2585 QU, AREMA / ASCE, UIC, JIS, BS 11 and project drawings
- Joint typeStandard, insulated, compromise, expansion or custom
- MaterialQ235, 45# or a project-specific grade confirmed before production
- DrillingHole diameter and centre pitch machined to the rail drawing
- FinishHot-dip galvanized, black, painted or oiled
- Joint setFishplate, bolts, nuts and washers can be quoted together

Bundling & Export Packing
Packed by joint set and rail sectionFishplates are counted and packed by rail section so the receiving site can distribute them without mixing joint sets. Contact faces are protected during handling, and the bolts, nuts and washers can be packed with each plate set. Mixed projects can be separated by rail profile and marked with the drawing or part reference.
- PackingSteel-strapped bundles, wooden pallets or reinforced export crates
- Set packingPlate, bolts, nuts and washers kept together on request
- ProtectionContact faces and finished coating protected during transit
- MarkingRail section, drawing reference and quantity

Clip BoltsClip bolts for elastic rail fastening systems
The bolt that locks the rail down. Two neck geometries cover almost every elastic fastening system in service: the forged T-head bolt that drops into a clip channel, and the liner bolt whose serrated shoulder keys into the clipped slot. Both are supplied with matched nuts, washers and insulators on request.

T-Bolt
Clip channel & rail clampThe forged T-head is drawn through the slot of the clip or clamp and turns a quarter turn to seat. Because the head bears on the slot flanks, the bolt cannot rotate while the nut is torqued — no holding tool, one-man installation. This is the standard bolt for elastic rail clips, crane rail clamps and rail fastener baseplates.
- StandardGB/T 37, DIN 261, ASME B18.5, or drawn to your clip system
- SizeM12 – M24; length 30 – 60 mm
- Grade8.8 / 10.9
- NeckOval neck or square neck, forged head
- MaterialQ235B, 45#, 35CrMo; stainless 304 / 316
- FinishHot-dip galvanized, zinc plated, black oxide, Zn-Al flake

Liner Bolt
Elastic rail fastening systemsA rectangular-neck bolt carrying a trapezoidal liner that acts as the shoulder of the clip assembly. The serrated neck locks against the rib of the clip slot, so the bolt is held without a wrench while the nut is run down; the liner spreads the clamping load over the insulator and allows fine lateral adjustment of the clip position on the baseplate.
- StandardMade to fit Pandrol-type, Vossloh-type and equivalent clip systems
- SizeM12 – M24; length 30 – 60 mm
- Grade8.8 / 10.9
- NeckTrapezoidal liner, serrated both sides
- Material45#, 40Cr, 35CrMo; stainless 304 / 316
- FinishHot-dip galvanized, zinc plated, black oxide
Leveling BoltsHeight adjustment for rail installation
Cast-in anchor bolts fix the position; the leveling bolt sets the height. Supplied as a matched set with a long-thread shank, leveling nut, lock nut and hardened washer, it lifts the rail, baseplate or machinery foot to grade before grouting and then holds that setting under load.

Leveling Bolt Set
Crane runway & track alignmentUsed to bring a crane runway rail, gantry rail, baseplate or equipment foot to exact elevation. The leveling nut is turned against a hardened washer to raise or lower the bearing surface, then the lock nut is torqued to freeze the setting — a jacking and locking function in one component.
- SizeM16 – M42; length 60 – 160 mm
- Adjustment0 – 50 mm typical, longer thread on request
- SetBolt + two hex nuts + hardened washer, or to drawing
- Grade8.8 / 10.9 (4.8 on request)
- ThreadMetric coarse / fine; UNC, UNF, BSW available
- FinishHot-dip galvanized, Zn-Al flake, zinc plated

Leveling Washer & Nut
Sold as a set or separatelyHardened washers and thick jam nuts machined to a parallel face so the rail sits flat at any height. Available as shim sets of varying thickness for fine setting when the bolt alone cannot hold tolerance, and as spherically seated washers where the bearing surface is not perpendicular to the bolt axis.
- WasherFlat hardened, 200 HV – 300 HV; spherical seat on request
- Shims0.5 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 mm stacks
- NutThick hex jam nut, GB/T 6170 / DIN 934 compatible
- FinishHot-dip galvanized, zinc plated, Zn-Al flake
Foundation BoltsStraight / J / U / C forms, cast-in
The anchor that ties the rail system to the foundation. Straight fully threaded stock plus three bent tail geometries — split fish-tail, J hook and U clamp — cover the full range of embedment depth and slab thickness. Supplied straight, pre-bent, cut to length, or furnished with a setting template plate for accurate positioning before the pour.

Straight Anchor Bolt
Fully threaded and supplied straight, so embedment length, projection and tail form are all set on site — bent cold into J, U or split tails where the drawing calls for it. The standard stock form for crane rail baseplates, machinery bases and template-set anchor groups.
- SizeM12 – M42
- Length250 – 1060 mm, cut to drawing
- ThreadFull thread, rolled threads as standard
- Grade4.8 / 6.8 / 8.8 / 10.9

J-Type
Tail bent through 180° into a J hook. The hook engages the concrete mass without a separate anchor plate, giving high pull-out resistance with a simple shank — the most widely specified form for structural bases and rail plinths.
- SizeM12 – M24
- Length250 – 1060 mm, cut to drawing
- HookInside radius to drawing
- Grade4.8 / 6.8 / 8.8 / 10.9

U-Type
Formed into a U that straddles the member being anchored and casts both legs into the concrete, so it clamps rather than hooks. Used for rail baseplates, pipe supports, steel columns and machinery frame feet.
- SizeM12 – M24; leg pitch to drawing
- Length250 – 1060 mm, cut to drawing
- Grade4.8 / 6.8 / 8.8 / 10.9
- FormSquare U, round bend, or with flat bar bridge

C-Type
Split fish-tail form to DIN 529 Type C: the tail is slit and opened into two prongs that spread inside the concrete, so pull-out is resisted mechanically as well as by bond. The workhorse for equipment bases and crane rail baseplates in a mass pour.
- StandardDIN 529 Type C, or to drawing
- SizeM12 – M24
- Length250 – 1060 mm, cut to drawing
- Depth≥ 25 × d embedment
- Grade4.8 / 6.8 / 8.8 / 10.9

Anchor SleevesCorrugated cast-in sleeves for anchor bolts
The sleeve is what makes an anchor bolt adjustable after the pour. Cast into the concrete around the bolt position, it leaves a duct that absorbs construction tolerance and allows the bolt to be set, aligned and finally grouted — and replaced later without breaking out the foundation.

Corrugated Anchor Sleeve
Cast-in duct · tolerance absorptionThe corrugations stiffen the wall against pour pressure and give the grout a mechanical key, so the bolt is locked in place once the duct is filled. Flattened or ribbed sections keep the duct clear and allow a bolt to be positioned off-centre within the tolerance envelope.
- MaterialTwo variants: HDPE plastic · galvanized steel
- Internal dia.40 – 200 mm, stepped to match bolt size
- LengthCut to embedment depth, 150 – 1500 mm
- FormStraight, flared mouth, or with end cap
- AccessoriesEnd caps, sealing washers, couplers, setting templates

Bolt & Sleeve Assembly
Positioned before the pourBolt, sleeve, template plate and caps supplied as one set so the anchor positions are fixed to the drawing before concrete is placed. The template holds every bolt in the group to the correct pitch while the pour cures; the sleeve is then cleared and the assembly grouted to final grade.

- TolerancePosition and elevation adjusted before grouting
- GroutNon-shrink grout recommended, to be supplied locally
