FORGESAIL SIN-300 rail grout is a high-performance material formulated with high-strength cementitious binders, multiple admixtures, and specially graded aggregates. It delivers excellent flowability, non-shrinkage performance, and both early and high final strength.

Features of FORGESAIL Rail Grout:
Produced in a controlled factory environment using cement-based binders, mineral admixtures, and high-performance additives. When mixed with water, it can be poured into bolt holes and beneath the rail to achieve uniform load transfer and withstand various forces from above. This system enhances durability, shortens construction periods, and reduces on-site environmental pollution in applications such as ports, docks, and high-speed railway projects.

This product is an inorganic mixture characterized by fast hardening, high strength, slight expansion, cold construction, and zero environmental pollution. Compared with sulfur anchoring, it eliminates the heating process, thereby avoiding localized thermal cracking in concrete or bridge sleepers and extending the service life of the spikes. It can be applied at ambient temperatures above –10 °C and has demonstrated reliable performance after 2 million fatigue tests.

It is suitable for anchoring bolts for railroads and crane rails on docks, concrete sleepers and bridge sleepers, assembled bridge joints, and machinery anchor bolts. It is also applicable to rapid bolt anchoring in underground and reinforcement projects—such as tunnels, water diversion works, mines, bridge pier strengthening, seismic retrofitting, and metallurgical facilities—and meets rebar welding requirements.
