CNC Machining & Mold Making Center — Custom Tooling and Machined Parts
Our machining center runs CNC machining, mold making and R&D under one roof. We design and build custom molds and tooling, and machine custom parts to ±0.02 mm — from a single prototype to batch production. Send your drawing, 3D model or sample, and our engineers handle the rest.
- In-house CNC machining to ±0.02 mm
- In-house mold making & custom tooling
- R&D — from your drawing or sample to a finished part
In-House Mold & Tooling FabricationMolds and tooling designed and built in our own shop
Mold and tooling design is one of our core in-house strengths. We design and build the tooling ourselves — primarily for our own rail clips and fastening components, and also as custom tooling for customer parts. Send a drawing, 3D model or sample; our engineers review it, run a DFM check and quote the tooling together with the parts it will produce.

Mold & Tooling Design
In-house tooling shopMolds and tooling are engineered in our own shop for the parts they will produce — rail clips, fastening components and custom parts. Geometry, draft and cooling are worked out at the design stage, so the tool produces stable, repeatable parts.

Custom Tooling for Customer Parts
From your drawing or sampleBeyond our own product line, we build custom molds and tooling for customer parts. Because the mold and the machining are both under our control, tolerance is not stacked across suppliers.

Custom Rail ClipsDesigned and machined in-house for crane rail fastening
Rail clips are our core in-house product. We combine our own mold making, CNC machining and R&D to produce rail clips matched to your rail profile and load requirement — from standard profiles to fully custom designs for special rails and heavy-duty applications.
Custom Rail Clips
Machined to your rail profileCustom rail clips designed and machined for your rail size and crane specification. Send the rail drawing or a sample; we design the plate geometry, build the tooling and machine the finished part in-house.

- VolumePrototype to batch production
Rail Clip R&D
New profiles & special applicationsOur engineering team develops new rail clip profiles for non-standard rails, high-load or corrosion-resistant applications. Designs are validated before production, so the first batch is ready for real service conditions.
- R&DNew plate profiles, high-load & special-environment designs
- ValidationGeometry check, trial machining, inspection before batch
- MaterialSteel, aluminum and specified alloys to requirement

Precision CNC MachiningIn-house CNC parts to ±0.02 mm — custom orders welcome
We undertake custom CNC machining as a standalone service. Send us your drawing, 3D model or sample and we machine the part for you — holding tolerances to ±0.02 mm on workpieces up to 800 × 500 mm, with surface treatment, serving automotive, home appliance, medical device and electronics customers. From one-piece prototypes to recurring batch orders.
CNC Precision Machining
Workpieces up to 800 × 500 mmPrecise CNC machining for parts whose outer dimensions stay within 800 × 500 mm, holding tolerances to ±0.02 mm. Parts are inspected against the drawing before leaving the shop, and surface treatments are scheduled so the finished article arrives ready for assembly.

- Tolerance±0.02 mm
- SurfaceSandblasting, anodizing (aluminum oxidation), finishing
- QCDimensional inspection to drawing before shipment
Custom Machining Orders Welcome
Any custom CNC machining workIf you have other custom CNC machining work — new parts, small series or recurring production — we can take it too. Send the drawing, 3D model or sample; we review it, run a DFM check and quote the job before machining starts.
