Other Crane Rail Fasteners & Hardware
Our general fastener range follows the supplier catalogue: two material parts — carbon steel and stainless steel — each organised into eleven product series. Every item is produced to its GB/T, DIN or WI standard reference, with mill test certificates traceable to heat number. Send a drawing, a standard number or a bill of materials and we will quote against it.

Why stainless fasteners gall (seize)
During tightening, the oxide films on stainless threads rupture and weld metal-to-metal under pressure and heat. Galling builds with each of these factors:
- Material characteristics — high ductility, poor heat conduction, passive oxide film
- Clamping force beyond the safe torque for the thread size
- Side loading or a tilted bolt during tightening
- Wrong tool, or an impact driver running at full speed
- Dirt or contamination carried into the thread
How we prevent it
- Tighten to the safe torque table for the thread size — never to feel
- Pull the wrench along the bolt axis; keep the bolt square to the hole
- Slow speed on power tools; finish by hand
- Specify our anti-galling coated stainless fasteners (RoHS-compliant coating, batch tested)
- Keep threads clean; use lubricant or anti-seize where dismantling is expected
Critical applications: rail fastening, curtain-wall and facade connections, flange joints, work-at-height installations and power-tool driven fixings.
